How much does Watchtower cost?

Nothing for now! While in alpha and beta phases, Watchtower is completely free with no usage caps. Once launched Watchtower will continue to maintain a free usage tier, but will also include paid subscriptions in order to accommodate businesses of all sizes.

Do you track users?

No. We do not track users across Prompts and Alerts. We do have ways of detecting abuse, but do not track users for analytic purposes. We may change our mind on this in the future.

Do customers need a certain App installed on their mobile device?

Yes and No. Watchtower works through QR Codes and NFC Tags. To use NFC Tags the customer must have a device with a built in NFC reader. Most modern smartphones with the exception the iPhone have an integrated NFC reader and will work with Watchtower. With QR Codes a customer scans the code image using their device's camera. The customer must have an App capable of scanning QR Codes installed on their phone, but no single App is required. This also means that the customer's device must have an camera.

In all cases an Internet connection is required.

All major mobile platforms have a selection of QR Code capable Apps in their respective app stores, most of which are free.
